Ms. Wells is responsible for all Library planning, service, budget and administrative operations. She provides reference services and oversees the cataloging, networking and automation needs of the collection. The Director sets and implements policy with the goal of providing the highest quality information services and the best possible use of resources. She is Chair of the Committee on Learning Resources and the Committee on Health, Safety, and Energy Conservation and is the College’s Copyright Officer. She is a member of the Council on Information Technology and Dean’s Council, and an ex-officio member of the Committee on the Professional Curriculum. She is also a Distinguished Member of the Medical Library Association’s Academy of Health Information Professionals.

Ms. Perez manages the Library’s print journal and serials collection. She provides technical expertise in the maintenance of the Library’s management, circulation and online catalog systems and works with faculty and staff to coordinate material to be placed on reserve. She also manages all interlibrary loan activity. If you are a graduate student, faculty or staff member and would like a book or a copy of an article not available in our Library, please contact Ms. Perez or register for ILLiad, our InterLibrary Loan program, at our InterLibrary Loan site.

Ms. Ventura manages the Library during the evening hours. She assists with interlibrary loan and serials management and works with the Assistant Librarian and other staff members on the design and content of the Library’s website, while contributing technical expertise to the operations of the Library management system. She also maintains the Cultural Information collection at the Circulation Desk.

Ms. Crawford provides administrative support for all Library department functions and staff. She is responsible for purchasing, maintaining statistics and tracking expenditures. In addition, Ms. Crawford recruits and trains Library work study students and schedules coverage of the Circulation Desk. Jill Locascio is responsible for acquisitions, electronic resources, discovery, and a variety of library tasks in support of the College’s teaching and clinical missions.  Additionally, she maintains the library’s website and manages the library’s automated circulation system. She has a substantial background in a number of library technologies and looks forward to finding new and innovative ways to bring library materials and services to our users.
