Here’s what you can expect at this year’s conference!

Friday, October 22 – Virtual Day | Saturday, October 23 – Hybrid Day | Sunday, October 24 – Hybrid Day

In-person courses will take place at SUNY College of Optometry

21 hours of CE Credit

  • All Courses are COPE Approved for LIVE CE Credit!
  • CE Broker/ Florida approved credits are ONLY available Saturday & Sunday with in-person registration.
  • 4-hrs. of TQ/CEE Approved CE Credits

In-Person Attendance

  • Registration Capacity: 100 attendees per course. If the course limit is reached, you will be placed on a waiting list and contacted if a seat becomes available.
  • Continental breakfast & lunch for in-person attendees.
  • Vaccination Requirements: All individuals are REQUIRED to be fully COVID-19 vaccinated and will be required to provide proof of vaccination along with photo identification. If an individual does not meet this requirement, they will not be permitted to engage in in-person CE Programs. There are no exceptions to this policy.
  • Face Coverings: All individuals attending in-person programs at the college are REQUIRED to wear a face-covering over their nose and mouth while in public spaces such as the lobby, elevators, classrooms, and labs as well as in all clinical spaces regardless of vaccination status.
    Notice: The details of this conference may change at any point in time as this situation is fluid. We will email you in the event of any changes made to the program.

Accreditation Notice:

  • Please be sure to check with your State Board if LIVE Webinar CE courses will be accepted for license renewal.
  • Florida/CE Broker approved credits: Medical Errors | Florida Law | AIDS & Infection Control will not be available at Envision NY this year.

Cancellation Notice: Full refund or credit will be given if an email request for cancellation is received by October 13. After October 13, a $50 administrative fee will be assessed.
