The SUNY College of Optometry’s Clinical Vision Research Center is seeking volunteers to participate in a clinical research study to compare two different contact lens packaging solutions.

If you are 18 to 39 years old, habitually wear contact lenses, and have a glasses prescription that includes astigmatism you may be eligible to participate.

Contact lenses will be provided at no charge to you while you are part of the study. Study participants will also receive compensation for their time.

1) Why is this study being conducted?

To evaluate the vision, comfort and performance of daily disposable contact lenses packaged in two different packaging solutions.

2) Who can be in the study?

Healthy adults between 18 and 39 years old who currently wear soft contact lenses and have astigmatism in their glasses. Further screening questions will be asked prior to scheduling an appointment.

3) What does participation in the study involve?

If you qualify and choose to join the study, you will receive study-related eye care and contact lenses at no charge. There will be 3 study visits over 2-3 weeks.
